ABOUT ME

Nilosmita Banerjee is a PhD researcher at Laboratory of Medical Psychology and Addiction at Université libre de Bruxelles (Brussels) in collaboration with the Department of Experimental Psychology at University of Gent (Gent) in Belgium.She is currently investigating the multifaceted expression of loss-chasing in online gambling during her doctoral degree. Her research interests include studying risky decision making in gambling and gambling like financial environments.She received her Masters of Science in Cognitive Computational Neuroscience and Bachelors of Science in Psychology from the Department of Psychology, University of Sheffield (UK). She was a national-level gold-medalist in Psychology at A-Levels in India.
